What is a subscription?

Subscriptions are a fantastic way for you to receive or send flowers on a regular basis, without having to re-order every time. Via the subscription offering, you can conveniently order flowers to be delivered every week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks.

Subscription flowers can be delivered in either a ready-made bouquet or in our Style Yourself boxed presentation.

What will I receive?

We use the freshest seasonal flowers with innovative designs that change weekly, to make sure your subscription is never boring!

Each new subscriber will receive a FREE glass vase, appropriately sized for your subscription type, and a pair of secateurs to get you started.

When will I receive my flowers?

You can choose to have your flowers delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The delivery will be made in the afternoon between 1pm and 7pm.

What if I’m not home?

As with all our deliveries, the delivery agent will try to contact the recipient. If no contact can be made, the flowers will be left at the door or concierge, unless requested otherwise. If there is nowhere to leave the flowers, they may have to be returned to our studio for you to arrange an express delivery for a fee of $25 +GST.

Please note that Style Yourself flowers are not delivered in water, so they’ll need a drink as soon as possible!

Can I pause my subscription if I’m travelling?

Absolutely! You can simply login to MY ACCOUNT and put your subscription on hold there, or let us know. Please allow 48hrs notice.

Don’t forget to login or call us to reactivate your subscription when you return! Subscriptions may only be paused for up to 3 months during the subscription term.

What if I change my address?

No problem. Just login to MY ACCOUNT and you can update your address there. Please try to allow 48hrs notice for any amendments or let us know of any urgent changes.

Can I change the date subscriptions are due to arrive?

Sure. Just contact the team at team@floweraddict.com and we’ll get that changed for you. Please try to allow 48hrs notice for any amendments.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Our pre-paid subscriptions are for a fixed term and can be paused but not cancelled. If you wish, any outstanding deliveries can be transferred to a credit note for use on other items in our store. Contact the team at team@floweraddict.com if you have any queries about your subscription.
