How many days a week do you deliver?

For your convenience, we deliver seven days a week. Our standard delivery slots are 9am-2pm and 1-7pm (Mon-Sat) and 9am-4pm (Sun).

Our studio hours are 9am-5pm (Mon-Sat) and 9am-1pm (Sun).

Orders placed before 12.00pm can be delivered the same day, by selecting the 1:00pm – 7:00pm delivery option (for $12 +GST). Alternatively, until 4.00pm you can also make use of the Express Delivery service for $25 +GST which guarantees delivery within a three hour period.

Yes, we have an express delivery service! Order between 8.00am and 4.00pm, and for a fee of $25 +GST, we will deliver your blooms within three hours!

If you have a request for delivery at a specific time, please call or email us with the details before ordering*. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Depending on the location and timing, we may need to charge our Express Delivery fee, rather than the standard fee.

* To avoid any disappointment, please refrain from leaving timing requests on the checkout page, unless already agreed. We may not see this until it’s already too late to arrange.

It’s no problem! Please phone or email us with the details at least 24 hours in advance and we will gladly amend your order.

Due to the high volume of orders on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day weekend, we can only offer a one-time delivery on such days. Please make sure somebody is contactable and available to accept the delivery, and please provide accurate and complete information when checking out. This includes the recipient’s full name, delivery address, phone number, and any special instructions for the delivery. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in a failed delivery, and a fee to redeliver at a later date.

If our delivery partner is allowed access to the building, the order will be left at your recipient’s doorstep, unless you have provided alternative delivery instructions (which should not include delivery to a different address).

However, if access is denied (which is particularly common in condos), they may try to reach the recipient via the phone number provided. If the recipient is not reachable, we will try to reach out to you, so please ensure you provide your contact number under Billing Details. Should both you and your recipient be unreachable, the order will be returned to our studio for you to arrange a redelivery, subject to a fee of $25 +GST.

You will receive an email to let you know when your order is out for delivery, and another once delivery has been made*. Your invoice will be included with this delivery notification.

Please add our email address (team@floweraddict.com) to your address book or safe sender list to ensure notifications aren’t sent to your Spam folder.

* If the delivery is made after office hours, the “delivered” notification might be sent the next day.

Please ensure you have the most up-to-date information about the recipient in order to successfully deliver your gift.

Kindly provide the recipient’s full name as stated on their NRIC (or relevant identification), along with the Ward, Room, and Bed Number where applicable. Note that some hospitals will refuse delivery if the recipient name doesn’t match their records, and/or there are no room details provided.

If you prefer to self collect your order, and do not see a self collect option at checkout, please reach out to us before placing your order. Subject to availability, our Customer Service Team can open a self collection slot for you. Collection will be at our studio, located at 203B Henderson Road, #09-08 Henderson Industrial Park, 159546.

Manage your time and plan in advance for those special dates. There is no limit to how far ahead you can pre-order, so you can order and schedule your deliveries in advance for special occasions and events. Our delivery service will ensure your flowers are delivered on time, every time.

At this stage, Flower Addict delivers only to Singapore-based addresses.
