How long does it take to get the flowers delivered?

Flowers are dispatched daily. For your convenience, we offer two delivery windows, from 9am–2pm and 1pm–7pm. If you order after 12 noon, your order will be delivered the next day or your nominated day.

If you’re in a hurry, you can also make use of the Express Delivery service which guarantees delivery within a three hour period.

Do you deliver to addresses outside of Singapore?

At this stage, Flower Addict delivers only to Singapore-based addresses.

What do I do if I realise that I entered the wrong address in the ordering page or if I want to change the message on my gift card?

It’s no problem! Please phone or email us with the details at least 24 hours in advance and we will gladly amend your order.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

Our delivery company will attempt to contact the recipient and yourself. If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our studio for you to arrange an express delivery for a fee of $25 +GST. You can arrange to leave flowers unattended or with a neighbour, just let us know in the Delivery Instructions box when you make your purchase.

How do I know when the flowers have been delivered?

You will receive an email to let you know when your order is out for delivery.

How many days a week do you deliver?

For your convenience, we deliver seven days a week. Our standard delivery slots are 9am-2pm and 1-7pm (Mon-Sat) and 9am-4pm (Sun).

Our studio hours are 9am-5pm (Mon-Sat) and 9am-1pm (Sun).

What is your ‘pre-order for special occasions’ delivery service?

Manage your time and plan in advance for those special dates. There is no limit to how far ahead you can pre-order, so you can order and schedule your deliveries in advance for special occasions and events. Our delivery service will ensure your flowers are delivered on time, every time.

Do you have an express delivery service and what is this?

Yes we have an express delivery service. Order between 8.00am and 4.00pm, and for a fee of $25 +GST, we will deliver your blooms within a three hour period.

What is the latest ordering time for same day delivery?

Orders placed before 12.00pm can be delivered the same day, by selecting the 1:00pm – 7:00pm delivery option. Alternatively, until 4.00pm you can also make use of the Express Delivery service for $25 +GST which guarantees delivery within a three hour period.

Are you GST registered?

Yes, we are! Note the the delivery fee and 7% GST will be calculated when you choose your delivery slot. Need a Tax Invoice? No problem. If you have an account, you can download this from the Orders section of your Account page. Otherwise you can email the team to request your copy.

How do the discount codes work?

Please enter your discount code in the Coupon Code box in the Payment section at Checkout, click the Apply button and the total will be updated automatically.

What forms of payment to do you take?

For your convenience we offer both credit card (American Express, Visa and Mastercard) and Paypal modes of payment.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we understand that your preferences may change. You can cancel your order at any time providing you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We’ll provide a full refund within a few days.

Can I order more than one box or bouquet of flowers?

Absolutely. In fact, we sometimes provide discounts for subsequent purchases.

If I’m ordering for someone, why do you ask for the phone and email address of recipients?

This is to streamline the delivery process. We want to make special care that we have contact details so our delivery agents can get in touch to ensure your delivery is seamless.

Can I order anything extra?

Yes of course! Please choose from our wide selection of gifts to compliment your flower order. These can all be found in our Gift Shop and are available to purchase with or without flowers. All gifts will be beautifully presented and include an optional gift message.

I have a complicated order. For example, I want to send different bunches to the same address or the same order to multiple addresses.

That’s fine. Please email us with your request at and we will get back to you within 24 hours. If it’s easier for you, please phone us on 9859 7127 and we will help you with your order.

I have placed an order but didn’t receive an email confirmation.

It’s possible we have an incorrect email address. Please e-mail us directly so we can confirm we received your order via return e-mail. We also suggest you check your Junk folder, particularly if you use GMail.

How will I know that Flower Addict has received my order?

You will receive an email order confirmation from us as soon as you place your order.

My flowers didn’t arrive. What do I do?

We will attend to this as a priority. Please email us at with your order number and we’ll assist you.

I forgot to enter my discount code.

Unfortunately we cannot apply discount codes retrospectively but do contact us and we can offer a new code or credit you next time.

What happens if the flowers are delivered on time but are not of an acceptable standard?

We aim to offer a premium product and service to our clients. If you are not happy with your flower delivery, please let us know immediately at and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

What happens if the delivery is not made within the specified time?

We aim to offer very customised and convenient delivery options for our clients but it can happen that, due to circumstances beyond our control, a delivery is not made exactly within the preferred delivery times. We ask for your flexibility within reason, however if the flowers have suffered as a result of a late delivery, please email us at and we will send you a replacement.

Do you send a vase with the flowers?

We offer vases as add-ons to compliment your order. For each of our flower products we suggest the appropriate glass vase for your arrangement. If you would like your flowers arranged in the vase, please choose the ‘bouquet’ arrangement option and the ‘with vase’ option.

Are your packing materials recyclable?

We aim to use biodegradable materials whenever possible. Many of our offerings can also be re-used. Please help us to cut back on waste from packaging by re-using or recycling them.

How are the flowers packed?

Our bouquets are beautifully wrapped with luxury paper and ribbon, and come in a gift bag for easy carrying. They include an aquapack so that the flowers are as fresh as possible when they arrive.
Our self-style flowers are carefully and securely packed into our bespoke boxes. When you receive them, the stems should be cut and the flowers placed in deep cold water to hydrate them.
All flowers come with full instructions for the care of your flowers and a sachet of flower food to prolong them.

Where do your flowers come from?

We source our flowers from the most reliable growers in different parts of the world.

Do you offer both ready-made bouquet arrangements and freshly cut flowers that require arranging?

Yes, we have two offerings. Our clients can order beautiful bouquets already arranged, however some people love arranging flowers as much as we do, so we also offer freshly packed boxed-flowers that recipients can enjoy arranging themselves. This ‘Style Yourself’ offering is unique to Flower Addict.

Do you allow other companies access to the list of Flower Addict members?

No we don’t. At no time is personal information about our members made available to any other company or individual other than for the purposes of verifying payments.

What happens to credit card details when they are entered on the payment page?

Your security is of paramount importance to us. We use a secure platform that encrypts all your credit card, password and vital information. Additionally, security patches are applied regularly and when there is any vulnerability in the system.

What personal information is held on the site?

The member’s page includes personal information and purchase history. This is held securely and used to streamline your purchasing time and decisions.

What is a subscription?

Subscriptions are a fantastic way for you to receive or send flowers on a regular basis, without having to re-order every time. Via the subscription offering, you can conveniently order flowers to be delivered every week, fortnight or month.

As for most of our arrangements, subscription flowers can be delivered in either a ready-made bouquet or in our Style Yourself boxed presentation.

What will I receive?

We use the freshest seasonal flowers with innovative designs that change weekly, to keep your subscription interesting.

Each new subscriber will receive a FREE glass vase, appropriately sized for your subscription level, and a pair of secateurs to get you started.

Can I cancel my subscription?

A Pay-As-You-Go subscription can be cancelled anytime. Just login to MY ACCOUNT and you can manage your subscription there. Please try to allow 48hrs notice to ensure your next automated payment isn’t taken from your account. Pre-paid subscriptions are for a fixed term. Contact the team at if you have any queries.

When do I pay for subscriptions?

Pre-paid subscriptions are paid in full at the checkout. Your first Pay-As-You-Go payment will be taken at the time of ordering. Each subsequent payment will be taken at weekly, fortnightly or monthly intervals thereafter, depending on your choice of frequency.

Can I pause my subscription if I’m travelling?

Absolutely. Just login to MY ACCOUNT and you can put your subscription on hold there. Please allow 48hrs notice. Don’t forget to login and reactivate your subscription when you return!

What if I change my address?

No problem. Just login to MY ACCOUNT and you can update your address there. Please try to allow 48hrs notice for any amendments.

How long do I have to take a subscription out for?

You can take out a subscription for 1, 3 or 6 months, or until cancelled.

Can I change the date subscriptions are due to arrive?

Sure. Just contact the team at and we’ll get that changed for you. Please try to allow 48hrs notice for any amendments.
