Do you offer same-day and express delivery?
Yes. Place your order before 12pm (Mon–Sat) to enjoy same-day flower delivery in our 1pm–7pm time slot ($15 +GST).
For urgent deliveries, our express delivery, available until 4pm (12pm on Sun), guarantees your flowers arrive within three hours ($30 +GST).
How many days a week do you deliver?
For your convenience, we deliver seven days a week.
Delivery slots:
• Monday to Saturday: 9am–2pm and 1pm–7pm
• Sunday: 9am–4pm
Studio hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 9am–5pm
• Sunday: 9am–1pm
Where does your flower delivery apply?
Our flower delivery covers island-wide locations across Singapore, ensuring your flowers reach your loved ones wherever they are.
Does Flower Addict only offer fresh flower arrangements?
In addition to our fresh flower arrangements, we offer artificial flowers, hampers, plants and premium gifts ideal for every occasion.
With our flower subscriptions, you can enjoy or send flowers regularly without reordering every time.
Can I customise my flowers or gifts?
Absolutely. For bespoke designs, corporate gifts or event flowers, please contact us and share your preferences such as colour palette, flower type or theme.
Can I order flowers for corporate events or gifting?
Definitely. We offer corporate flower designs and styling for any occasion or event. Contact us for a custom proposal tailored to your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our online checkout.
Are prices inclusive of GST and delivery?
All listed prices are exclusive of GST and delivery. The 9% GST and delivery fee will be automatically calculated at checkout when you select your delivery slot.
Which currency are your prices in?
All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Do you offer international delivery?
We currently deliver within Singapore only but we are always happy to help you surprise someone here with our flowers and gifts!
